Since we were only manufacturing for our own use, in small batches we were not aware of any changes to the solution if left for any period of time. It wasn't until we were requested to fulfill an order for an international co-operative with clients in all four corners of the world, that we discovered to our dismay that the solution would only last a few weeks in the bottle before dropping out. Intensive testing under varying conditions made no difference to the outcome which was always the same..drop-out, flocculation, plating, and tarnishing... So, we then embarked on our own intensive journey of discovery and came up with a superior machine that created a smaller particle size (less than a nano-meter) Our HIGH Voltage machines pass 15,000 Volts-AC through the electrodes-as opposed to the 27 Volts DC of the home brew kits. In June 2003 we instigated meetings with our major competitors to try and set the bar higher by having a minimum standard of manufacturing, only to find that they were not interested.
